Our Fundraising Auction
The Live OnSite Auction will take place Saturday April 10, 2021 • 8am to 6pm at the Disabled Veterans Hall 5054 Monticello Rd., Jefferson City, MO 65109 YOU can bid on the items we have pictured on our website, NOW! If you see something you like, you may place a bid. Final bids will be on April 10th, during the live auction. If you are not outbid during the live auction, the item is yours. If you win a bid, you may pickup your item on April 10th between 5pm and 6pm at the Disabled Veterans Hall. You may also pick up at the Where Pigs Fly Farm April 11-18, 2021 during our regular business hours, 9am – 6pm by appointment. All purchases must be picked up by 6pm on Sunday, April 18 2021. We will be happy to ship most items. You will be required to pay Packaging & Shipping Costs. If you have any questions, please call or text 314-241-3488 TERMS: You will have to register to bid in this auction. The registration process with the Where Pigs Fly Farm is one-time. You will not have to go through the registration process for future auctions. If you have difficulty with registering or if you are unsure about the process, or if you just want help bidding, call or text our office and we will be glad to help you. Bidders DO NOT pay a buyer’s premium. 314-241-3488 PAYMENT AND SHIPPING: We accept cash, credit cards, PayPal, and checks. Nothing will be removed from the auction site until it is paid for. WE WILL GLADLY SHIP MOST ITEMS. If you want us to ship your items, the cost of packing and shipping will be added to your total and a new invoice will be sent to you showing the total due. We ship in-house with reasonable handling charges ($2.00 per lot). Payment is expected within 48 hours of invoice for shipped items. How to bid.
To place a bid you must first complete the Auction Registration. We will text you a confirmation with a bidder number. Once that confirmation is received you may place bids via TEXT. Simply text us the Category, Item Name and your Bid. EXAMPLE: Animals, Elephant Planter, $20 The website will be updated with your bid and bidder number. You will be notified if you have been outbid. As the day goes on, prices will go down! 9am-12pm • Box lots will be $10 and $20 12pm -2pm • Box lots will be $8 and $15 2pm -4pm • Box lots will be $5 and $10 After 4pm the remaining boxes will be auctioned, if time permits. Handbag and Luggage Prepurchases There will be $10, $25 & $50 handbags. You can view these under the categories: Handbags •. Luggage HOW IT WORKS: You will be able to purchase handbags and luggage starting at 9am. As the day goes on, prices will go down! 9am-12pm • these will be $10, $25 & $50 12pm -2pm • these will be $8, $20 & $40 2pm - 4pm • these will be $5, $15 & $30 After 4pm the remaining handbags & Luggage will be auctioned, if time permits. Prints and Art Pre-purchases There will be $5, $10 and $20 print and art selections.
