Setup Starts on Thursday, April 8th.
We will begin setting up for the event on Thursday and Friday from 8am to 8pm.
We have HUNDREDS of boxes to move and unpack, so any additional help would be greatly appreciated.: )
Setup Day of Event.
Setup Starts at 6am. HELP IS NEEDED We will need help moving furniture and Box Lots outside and
setting up the Where Pigs Fly Dollar Store and games. If you can arrive at this time that would be greatly appreciated.
Volunteers need to arrive by 7am.
We will have volunteer t-shirts and name tags for you to pick up from your chairman.
See below to view your roll. If we have a surplus of volunteers in any given area, the chairpersons can reassign their
volunteers to fill a shortage elsewhere.
NOTE: we will have sweatshirts in our Dollar Store. These sell for $30.
However, volunteers may purchase them at cost ($20) if they would like.
Doors open at 8am. We will open to the public at 8am. They will be able to visit booths, petting zoo and view the auction items.
They will also be able to register for their Bidder Number or pick up their preregistration bidder number.
Parking and Transport

Every attendee must show drivers license — NO exceptions, they will then be given bidder number.
One volunteer will be responsible for reregistered Bidder Cards, which will be in numerical order.

Each person registering will receive a ticket for Attendance Prizes, this ticket will be dropped at the DJ table.
Entertainment

And, draw the attendance prize winner every 1/2 hour, AND hand out "Pig Bucks" to winners.

- Rat Roulette (Winner receives $10 in Pig Bucks)
Visitors can purchase a spot for $1. Once all numbers are sold the rat will be released. Whichever hole he
goes into first is the winner.
- Piggy Lottery (Winner receives t-shirt & $10 in Pig Bucks)
Visitors can purchase a Pig for $1. Each has a number on it.
Mike will draw a number every 1/2 hour, then present the winner with their prize.
